If your machine format is not here please email me as I most likely will be able to convert to it as I have other choices i can do.

If you have trouble with the design registration and are using old software please update your software, For example if cannot view or load the design.

Another reason for problem is design is too big.  All domestic machines have sensors.   So please check this before contacting me.
